When you register an account, we collect your mobile phone number, name and other information to create your exclusive account, assign platform permissions matching your job responsibilities and ensure that you can normally use various operation and maintenance functions.
In the whole‑process business processing of work orders, the work order text description information you actively fill in and submit is used for fault registration, task circulation, airport operation and maintenance business disposal and archiving. All information shall only be used to complete the closed‑loop airport operation and maintenance business and shall not be used for other irrelevant purposes.
To guarantee account login security, troubleshoot system failures, optimize platform running performance and carry out necessary data statistics and analysis, we collect your device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (IMEI / Android ID / IDFA), IP address, software version number and other information. Such information is only used for technical guarantee and optimization and will not be associated and identified with your personal identity information. To ensure stable platform operation, we may integrate third‑party SDKs. We will conduct strict security detection on SDKs and require them to protect your privacy in accordance with this policy.
When you use this platform, the server will automatically record your operation logs, including but not limited to browsing records, function click records, search query records, fault declaration and processing logs. Such logs are only used for platform operation analysis, service quality optimization and work order traceability. We will desensitize log information to avoid disclosure of your personal privacy.

This platform is a dedicated internal airport operation‑and‑maintenance management platform, mainly for on‑duty airport employees and authorized adult users. If you are a minor, please do not use this platform service without permission. If you need to use it under special circumstances, you must read this policy accompanied by your guardian, obtain the guardian’s explicit consent and complete registration and use with the guardian’s assistance. If we find that personal information of minors is collected without guardian consent, we will immediately stop using such information and delete it as soon as possible.
